Hi , hope you guys can help me.

I am planning to apply for PhD in Industrial engineering in the usa next
fall. The problem is my MSc is from Malaysia, which I suppose is not
recognised because we use the British system of full research studies (no
coursework). I published a few papers at international conferences.
My undergrad results are not that great, it is 2nd class lower, no cgpa, it
is about 50%-60% range. But I worked for than 8 years after my bachelor
degree. I am willing to pay for my tuition.
Question, what are my chances in gaining admission and which university give
emphasis for work experience in admission. Any recommendations which uni I
should apply?
