Dear Sir,
It is said that if one wants to enter the graduate school in U.K,
one should get IELTS 6.5 at least. I would like to study in U.K. this
fall, but I just got the IELTS between 4.5 and 5. Is there any
graduate school in U.K. which I can study Ph.D degree in politics
(mainland china)? In addition, I am going to join the language
institute of the graduate school for language learning about 3-6
months before the Ph.D class. Please give some advices and the names
of these graduate school. Sincerely
