I am an undergrad student from Singapore. As a international student,
am i eligible for TA positions? Am i able to study and work (as a TA)
to pay off my tuition fees?

Yes. Most graduate students in US universities (esp science and engineering)
are foreign-born and earned their undergraduate degree from non-US colleges. In
science and engineering, anyway, all their costs are paid for by the university
as part of a teaching or research assistantship.

(I wonder what that says about US undergraduate education in science and
engineering, if most of the students in our graduate degree programs were not
educated here?)
