Since the spring semester of 2002 I have been systematically harassed,
intimated, physically, assaulted, and have been refused due process
according to intuitional guidelines.

The pivotal persons in this complaint are:

Mrs. Dian Ogden
Dr. Abernathy
Professor - Watts
Professor - James Cornish

The subject of this complaint covers nearly two years of involvement
with McLennan County Community College in Waco Texas. Early in the
spring semester of 2002 Prof. Lori Watts initiated a program of
intimidation through her position of authority with the intent of
suppressing my constitutional right to free speech. To support her
criminal activity she made a false report to the admiration and
security department resulting in “ARMED” police being sent to my
classroom to return a paper I wrote opposing her fascist politics. At
no time did I confront her or even mention the nature of my paper in
class. After hearing an account of her rant, I was shocked at her
obvious emotional instability.

Without investigating her charges, the administration asked that I
meet with Dr. Abernathy and Mrs. Ogden. I reported to the meeting
only to find more ARMED police at the door. As repulsive as this
story is to anyone that holds the American ideal of freedom as a code
of honor; the sad truth is that it gets worse… much worse!

The administrative solution to Mss. Watts’ episode of paranoia was to
transfer me to Mr. Cornish’ who later physically assaulted me as did
you security forces yesterday. Throughout these acts of terrorism, I
have repeatedly requested a hearing on this series of false reports
and assaults. To this day I am continually denied a review these
reports. I have even sent personal requests to even to you. Requests
which you personal secretary has signed for… and still I am refused a
hearing! Accept for one meeting with Professor Cornish for which I
could have sued this institution there has been nothing but arrogant
silence from you and your staff. Clearly, my rights as a student are
being walked on with open disgrace. Even Dr. Roppolo who sought to
council me throughout one semester of these attacks was shocked at the
administration’s violation of my civil and student rights. So obvious
is this oppression that even the sycophantic Dr. Roppolo has testified
to me that Dian Ogden told her and others on numerous occasions that
my psychological profile states that I have been diagnosed as a
paranoid schizophrenic. Naturally, her attempts to help me were
misguided, in the light of this [false] report,. I then showed Dr.
Roppolo my psych report and she was shocked to read that it clearly
does not report that at all. She suggested that I sue the
administration for these violations., because more than being just
immoral, the spreading of this false report, which has its obvious
advantages for the un-American activities of Ogden, et.al … is a
violation of the law “The Privacy Act of 1974” which makes Ogden’s
activities a criminal offence.

Since coming to this school, I have sought only to get an education,
which to me means learning to be alive in and responsible for the
world I find myself. My problems at MCC stem from my opposition to
this filthy war, my activism has caused the fascist elements within
your school to attack me resulting in criminal activity by your staff.

Yesterday's abuse is the final straw added to the burden I am willing
to bear for these crimes. I am making this letter open to the many
people who read my writings on the Internet.

This letter can be found on all college UseNet groups and….

One can only hope that you, Dr. Michaelis, are ignorant to the fascist
behavior of some of your staff and that you will take direct action to
rein in this criminal element and see to it that my constitutional
rights are protected and that I am given a fair hearing.
