Hi!
You state that we must not use unicode encoding for letters. However, I have tried UTF-8 and Ansi and the latter does not support korean script. How can I use Korean script with Vocaboly?
I read the review on Top 10 reviews and bought your software, thanks. |

To use Korean in Vocaboly, your Windows must be in Korean. Just select a Korean font, the script will change accordingly.
UTF-8 is unicode.
Ansi is for English. |

| I tried using Vocaboly on my windows xp korean edition and I still could not get Vocaboly to function correctly. I used Korean script and I also used unicode as well as unicode utf8 and I could not get it to work. |

| We have many Korean users, that's how they made it work. Sorry, we couldn't help you further. |

After an exhausting search for a method to use your software using korean definitions I found a way. Although, the exact cause of the new ability to use korean is still not known I believe it was due to changing the font in the text source file as well as in vocaboly as well as adding a space after the : and adding the part of speech (eg. n.)
only after I did that did it work.
However, there is another problem. It is very difficult to create a book for your software. I can't create a txt file per your instructions and have it load. I have to use your sample txt file delete what's on it and use that. If I create my own vocaboly says that it can't find any text.
Your software is quite quirky.
But, since I've already paid for it I might as well use it. |

We are very sorry about that. It's an English software, not designed for Korean Windows, we've never tested it on Korean Windows either. When you use an English software on Korean Windows, it's tricky, especially when you have to deal with complicated file format, but we do have many Korean users.
We would like to offer you a refund, if you think it's a better option, please let us know. |

| I'm actually happy with Vocaboly, it is just a nuisance not being able to use Korean script easily. But, I'll put up with it because of your great software. Thanks. |
