What school do you think I could get in(for phd) with a master's gpa of 3.76 in mechanical engineering.

I did uv laser research in physics while I was doing my master's in engineering. I've been a TA for several professors. I've worked on a design project for a professor based on the patent application of an applicant as well as several satop projects (NASA initiative for small companies that can't afford to pay for simple engimeering analysis).

I was wondering if the gpa might be a problem. I only recently started toying with the idea of doing a phd, so I was wondering if i had enough to apply.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,

DM
