hello out there!

Hope someone will be able to help me Smile
What's the convention for using the definite article with names of company products? For example, do you say "the Ericsson Intelligent Network Server 2.1" or "Ericsson IN Server 2.1"? Or "the Ericpol VPBX 1.1 system" or no article at all? How about without the word "system"? "Ericpol VPBX" or "the Ericpol VPBX"?
Is there any rule I can follow?
