Is the following sentence grammatically correct?

If Customer cancels a scheduled inspection/treatment visit less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, or Company is denied access at the scheduled time, Customer will pay an additional visit cancellation fee equal to $100.

Yes it is grammtically correct and it is appropriate contractual language.
