In an email I received just now:
"Christian Faith Promotions is proud of our faith-focused business
model. With more than 6 million subscribers, we represent one of the
largest faith-based communities on the Internet.
As a responsible Christian marketing agency, we vow to continue to
present exclusive offers and opportunities that deliver tangible value
to our Christian e-audience."

I get one from "Christianfamilyloans.com", but don't object to it. It |
has a beautiful tern in the upper right corner, (I expect someone
thought it a dove.) and a lovely logo in the lower left. I have
appropriated the tern, and am trying to figure out how to use the logo.
Who reads spam? Do you think I can be prosecuted for stealing, when
they want to loan me money? |

I think the principle of "anything sent unsolicited is a gift" applies here...at
least, I *hope* it's not possible to sue for unauthorized use of spam...until
the character of such things shifted, I entertained myself mightily by using
them as straight lines:

"tangible value" eh?

But "e-audience" fits in with a recent discussion here.
