Why am I having so much trouble these days when it comes to the word
"rare"? Presumably the Montazem.exe virus, which spits out 'RARE'
with a list of some 711,000 definitions to this word, comes into play
here.

(I snipped all the non AEU groups.)
Well, Daniel, I can't explain the Montazem.exe virus. Isn't that the name
of the doctor you referred to a couple of months ago?
Other than the problems that supposed virus is calling you, I believe you
said at an earlier time that "rare" (the word itself) was causing you some
puzzlement.
I have words that pop up sometimes and block other thoughts for a while, but
none that last more than a few moments.
They are somewhat like the "STS", or Stuck Tune Syndrome that everyone seems
to suffer from at one time or another. Fortunately for us, if we think of
something other than music, the STS (also called an "earworm") will go away
after a while.
Now your problems may be causing you to resurrect "rare" repeatedly, but I
can't know for sure. I hope you are able to find a virus removal program
that will take care of Montazem for you.
Oh, I don't know about hotmail, but if you go to www.yahoo.com, you can set
up your own group (forum, bulletin board), and moderate it yourself. That
way, maybe you can post all those Montazem definitions for "rare" and
thereby exorcise the problem.
Best wishes and good luck.
