Hi
i am a candidate who would be taking the GMAT by march'06.
I am looking for admission in the top 10 MBA institutes of America.
When looking at the GMAT score, prob a score of 720 would prove to be
worthy for atleast applying.

I wanted to know what other things can i pick up that would strengthen
my application.I have been working for a company for 2 years now.Do the
universities look at the conistency factor...ie how many jumps have you
made during your work experience.
are there other courses ,certificates that i can pick up,Regarding
letter of recommendations...??? i am totally unaware of the selection
procedure or criteria's...

I desperately need guidance....
