attractive lot-in looks,in bodily fitness,in kindliness,energy,courage
and buoyancy.

so,what's the meaning of lot here?

A more informal way of saying "group", more or less.

More likely the intent is that graduates are typically a kind or type of person rather than a group.
Note that the quoted text specifies one man and plural women.

That's the school I should have attended instead of an engineering school with a ratio of
1 female per each 100 males. Actually graduating near the top of an all male scool is the
only way I could have graduated. As it was I took the 5 year plan because plenty distractions
were found off campus.
