Hi, I am an undergraduate sociology student looking for help on my
senior thesis. I plan to examine online communication, with a focus on
methods employed by coworkers and by student peers. I am in search of
volunteers to fill out a survey regarding their communication with an
acquaintance online, and I will choose a subset of participants to
respond to open-ended questions regarding their general opinions on
online communication. I am also looking for volunteers to email me
transcripts of conversations held over instant messaging, so I can
examine the conversations directly for evidence of textual
manipulations. All participation is voluntary, and detailed consent
forms will be provided for everyone involved in the study. My study
depends on volunteers and I'd greatly appreciate help!
