Does anyone have access to the famous dispatch to the Foreign Office,
alleged to have been sent from the British Embassy in response to a request
for the music of the (IIRC) Oman National Anthem? Or is it still in
copyright? I was unable to recall crucial details (apart from the Bb
clarinet) when attempting to tell the story for the first time in many
years.
