Hello..

I have been admitted to the following colleges for MS in civil
engineering (construction enggineering and management).

North Carolina State -- The letter says that department will contact me
about financial aid but havent heard back from them.
Virginia Tech -- No mention of aid.
Univ of Maryland College Park -- got into Project Management within
Civil Engineering program. again no aid.
Am waiting for Texas A&M College Station. Please any advice on which
program to choose among these based on academic and job scene after
graduation.

thanks
