Hi!

I am writing an interview im doing with someone, but im not sure how
to write the cover page. This is what I have so far, but is it correct? What
else do I need?

There's no universal rule for such things. The above seems fine to
me, but you should find out if your teacher expects specific
information, perhaps in a certain format, or refers to a particular
style guide.

Do you mean you are creating a fictional interview in your head, and
writing about it?

I don't think so, but if not, you need more words. "I am writing
*about*, up, down, a report on, a summary of, a list of questions I
intend to ask during, ..." for examples.

You need to capitalize I'm and the apostrophe in it. You should have
correct English writing be your standard, and you should have to make
a conscious effort to write in AIM style, not the other way around.
