Number 2 is my preference. But maybe

Number 2 is the correct version - it effectively means 'Thank you for
your willingness to understand', which has a different feel to no.3.

Mistyping "you" for "your" seems to be quite a common typo,
something to do with the placing of the keys. Maybe the
enquirer has seen something where this typing mistake has
been made and not realised it's just a mistake.
