Why bother with pornography and Googling when
French comic strips are funnier?
This one, by the late artist Reiser (a long-time
contributor to Hara-Kiri), shows a deserted beach
with two girls sunbathing nude. Two (awful) guys
are hiding in the bushes and start taunting them,
making comments about what the girls' clitorises
might look like and so on. The girls hurl insults
back at them. Eventually the guys say: "we're not
after you, you're safe, we are gay. We have
clitorises too". "WHAT????". They continue:
"But we call them haemorrhoids". At which
the girls burst out laughing... and the two
guy drop their bathers and say to each other
"we got them laughing! they're ours!"

Which _proves_ that they can't say "cherry" _as a term_ and expect people to
know what they're talking about! The fact that the word is part of a larger
term which _does_ refer to such is irrelevant!

virginity, nor "anal cherry" to males.

It proves that IN ISOLATION it does. For another example, you can hardly
pass off Diet Coke as "Coke" outside those places where "coke" is a generic
term. |
