professional copywriter and pay him or her a proper fee. As you have
discovered, it isn't easy, so the skills deserve a reward. The professional
you engage should be able to correct the English in the rest of your
publicity material, too, which will improve your sales.

The form you strive for is a bad idea for a slogan, imho. The reason is
simple: Its logic is "good -> !bad". You don't want to mention something
bad in a slogan; it should be all positive, and preferably witty.
The equivalent phrase (for a business venture) would go something like:
- An idea a day keeps the lawyer away
or
- An idea a day keeps the enforcement officer at bay.
Of course, you could stray from the original logic of the saying and go
for someting like:
- An idea a day will make the sun shine out your butthole.
But I wouldn't recommend it. |
