Hi,

I was wondering what my chances of doing a PhD in ELectrical Engineering in a top 20 school are with this academic background:

MS in EE from Syracuse University- GPA 3.733
GRE- 2300
Research: One Journal paper in IEEE/ACM transactions on Networking
Second paper under progress.

I am very worried about my GPA and publication count.

Please let me know what you think.
