Post subject: Parents owning a home: how to use it for you instead of agai |
|
|
It's well-known that what a parent owns (in particular: a home) can
eat into what your kids get for financial aid:

Question: any tips or other means of getting around this besides the
classic negotiating with your counselor and emphasizing the
"involuntary" costs like taxes?
BTW, there are CPAs out there charging $400-$500 for this kind of
info--

Anybody knows where we can get this kinds of tips for free? Thanks in
advance.
