Could you plz tell me how can I get a scholarship or a loan or something
like that to study in Canada.I'm from Croatia,but I have some friends in
Canada who would take me in and all but the problem is the tuition which is
way out of my league.As I understand it normally people take out a loan,but
the friend who i would be staying with told me that I can't get it because
i'm not a Ca. citizen.
