Post subject: eMax / Servus ... HELP! |

Has anybody had any success in either consolidating or discharging one
of these loans (eMax Education Loan)? I'm guilty of not researching
it enough when I did take it out. I'm at the financal capacity now to
possibly need to file Ch.7 or 13. From what I've found out this loan
can not be consolidated through the goverments program nor can it be
discharged nor does it have any statutes. I think I will be paying it
(and my ex's whom I'd co-signed for ... ) off for the rest of my life.
Anyone with (successful) experience with a loan of this nature?
