When a private university has acted in the most egregious manner, and
failed to comply with several sections of the Federal Perkins Loan
Program, what are my options?

Furthermore, if hiring a lawyer is one of the reccomendations, does
anyone know if the lawyer must practice in the State that the
university resides in? Also, how does one go about finding a
trustworthy lawyer who has expertise or specializes in student loan
matters?

Any comments, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
