I have a bachelor's degree and I'm hoping to go back to school next year. I
seek entry to a radiologic technology full-time, 2-year certification
program.


What will be my Stafford Loan borrowing limit per year while I'm enrolled?
I have found much information regarding yearly limits for undergraduate and
graduate programs, but nothing concerning certificate programs.

Also, does the amount of Stafford Loan funds total I've borrowed include
accrued interest, default collection fees, etc. in consideration towards the
$46,000 maximum one can have for undergraduate programs?
