here's my situation. Im 21 yrs old and my step-father makes alot of
money that i'll never see for college. I currently live with my
mother and step-father. On the other hand my biological father
doesn't make a whoile lot of money and his wife (my step-mom) didn't
work most of last year because she got laid off. Can I just change my
address and claim my biological fathers and step-mother's income?

The FAFSA instructions specify that you must use the information of the
parent (and step-parent) with whom you lived the most in the 12 months
preceding the date you file the FAFSA.
