You got me ? Have you heard the sentence ?
I think it meas that " I don't know " , is it right ?

If you ask someone a question, as a reply it's likely to mean that.

If you find your overweight husband looking in the refrigerator late
at night, it would mean "You caught me". Or if you are shooting at
someone in paintball, it would mean "you hit me".

Depending on context "You've got me there" is something that you say when
you do not know the answer to a question.
- 'How many miles is one light-year?' 'You've got me there.'
