I'm looking for the common words to describe these
conditions.
What's the word to describe a sheet of paper when it's not
folded? When you use hands crush a sheet of paper into a
ball, what do you call it? Then what's the word to describe
the paper? Wrinkled? |

Not folded is simply a sheet of paper.
Crushed into a ball is a ball of paper, which is often described as crumpled
paper. |

Maybe "uncreased"?
In origami instructions, you might find the word "clean" or "fresh", as in:
Start with a clean sheet of paper

I agree with "crumpled" or "crumpled up".

Yes, or "crumpled" as Mark suggests...if it's left in the ball, "wadded up"....r |
