I too have noticed a large portion of students on campus are using
cell phones. I have no problem with students using cell phones out of
class time. Some students don't turn off their cell phones during
class, this is my major peeve with so many cell phones on campus,
please if you have cell phone on your way to class turn it off, or at
least turn the ringer off. It distracts other students when they are
trying to understand and learn what the prof is teaching.

Thanks

Jen

This is very true....so many people are always talking on the phone,
even when the teacher comes in the class. The most mad I have ever
seen a teacher is when someone was on their phone when she started
lecturing. People need to remember to hang or put their phones on
silent.
