I find it bizarre that the there is a one-per person system for some
items at the Fresh Food company despite the fact it's a buffet style
system of catering. Another bizarre aspect of the fresh food company
is the choice of food during mid day and dinner. They serve identical
dishes during dinner time.

It's not all doom and gloom though. You might struggle quite a bit if
you're a vegan but the fresh food company has ample choices of food
for lacto-vegetarians. You can go to the salad bar, get some cheese
pizza and make a garden veggie burger for yourself. There's no water
but you get your choice of ice-tea and coffee as well as the usual
sodas.

Speaking of hygiene, I'm sure it's safe but I've seen cleaner
cafeterias in my time.
