I need all of your suggestion about the step should be taken to
improve and increase our student attitude and dicipline because
nowadays they have lack of respect their lecturer and their study.
I also need your comment about increasing rate of employment for
graduan.

giving students responsability will improve their discipline, especialy
when they've got precise tasks to do.
you can also do a sociogramm group chart; you have to carry out a
little survey.
3 simple questions like;
-who you prefer to do your homework with(+?),
-with who you'll easily share you packlunch(neutral),
-if you had a car to who you'll never give a ride(-?), will do.
the aim is to find out the strongest link = positive leader, the
weakest link = negative leader, in the between you'll have the mass =
students with no influencing skills but very influencable. than you've
to compair your findings with the overall result of the class.
Generaly speaking you can work ou who's who and reoganise your class
targetting everyone according do their role in the group.
i've got a question for you;what subject are you teaching? |

It is not that these students have a discipline problem they just
might feel frusterated and confused within a classroom. Remember that
some students learn best by using visuals, audios, or even textiles.
All of their learning styles differ therefore as teachers we should
learn how to create an environment that all types of students can be
taught in. Lexture, role play, watch movies, make posters, etc. Also
remeber that problems at home can be brought into the class try to
make them feel comfortable and excited to be at school form a bound
with your students so they can trust and respect you.

I am a third year student who is studying in the elementary education
program. I feel that now a days students get frusterated and annoyed
due to the lack of teaching methods. We as teachers have to remember
that there are numerous learning styles such as visual, audio, and
even textile students. We have to use numerous methods in class such
as lexturing, making poster, role playing/ acting, and videos to keep
the students interested in the subject. This may help the students
feel as if they are actually enjoying the steps of learning keep it
FUN!
